At St. Peter Computers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy to ensure a smooth and fair return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must include all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Software, digital downloads, or activation keys
Opened printer ink or toner cartridges
Clearance or final-sale items
Custom-built computers or special orders
How to Request a Return (RMA Process)

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? We’re happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the same product or equivalent value, subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
